My role

In my workshops I try to educate people in working together while using Design Thinking principles and tools. A major thrust of my workshops is communication. I try to bring everyone on the same page be it CEO or CFO or marketing heads, designers or tech teams. Once a group is largely on the same page ideas start to flow and real innovation, design and collaboration starts taking place.

Workshop Activities

  • Introduction and opening remarks (small & large groups)
  • Monitoring progress and time checks
  • I ensure proper documentation and end results are shared with all stakeholders
  • I make sure a positive energy during sessions
  • Explain & execute various methods & tools
